Interior Stying & Market-ready Staging
Staging consultations are for home sellers who want a comprehensive analysis of what needs to be done to get top value for their property. They are scheduled for 2 hours and consist of a thorough walk-through of the property with detailed suggestions about paint colors, outdoor enhancements, lighting suggestions, furniture placement and accessory suggestions. An action plan is created with the seller and, if needed, a suggested 'shopping list' can also be provided. This should be done prior to photos to ensure your marketing materials look perfect.

After the initial consultation, an occupied staging service is perfect for a seller who would like help bringing their property preparedness across the finish line. Vacant homes tend to sit on the market longer than even poorly staged ones, which often leads to price reductions. This service can be customized to a few key rooms or an entire property and includes everything from rugs and furniture to artwork and accessories. Britt works closely with real estate to tailor to each individual home's style to potential buyers. The result is a transformation from an empty space to a 'home'. The feeling can be felt both in the marketing images and the 'This is it!' feeling buyers get when they walk through the door.
