Staging Consultation & Occupied Staging
Consultations are for sellers who want a comprehensive analysis of what needs to be done to get top value for their property. They are scheduled for 2 hours and consist of a thorough walk-through of the property with detailed suggestions about paint colors, outdoor enhancements, lighting suggestions, furniture placement and accessory suggestions. An action plan is created with the seller and, if needed, a suggested 'shopping list' can also be provided. This should be done prior to photos to ensure your marketing materials look perfect.
